BETOLIN® SAPETIN®
Additives for paints
The products marketed under the trade name of BETOLIN® and SAPETIN® are used to manufacture mineral type silica coatings.
The use of this type of coatings has increased considerably and quickly in European countries over the last decade as a result of the interesting properties that these silicate systems have, among which we can highlight:
- Their long duration.
- Their reaction with the mineral type support (petrification).
- Their excellent permeability to water vapour.
- Their low tendency to fouling.
- Their ecological nature.
